FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone)

This test is done to measure FSH levels, a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that controls reproductive function. In women, it helps regulate the menstrual cycle and egg development. In men, it supports sperm production. Abnormal levels may indicate fertility issues, pituitary disorders, or problems with ovarian or testicular function.
