Phosphatidylserine IgM antibodies
This test is done to detect IgM antibodies targeting phosphatidylserine, a phospholipid found in cell membranes that plays a role in blood clot regulation and cell signaling. These antibodies are associated with autoimmune conditions, particularly antiphospholipid syndrome, and may contribute to an increased risk of thrombosis, recurrent miscarriages, and other clotting complications.
