This test uses flow cytometry to quantify CD19-positive B lymphocytes in blood. It helps assess immune system status, B-cell disorders, immunodeficiency conditions, and hematological malignancies.

  • If immunodeficiency is suspected.
  • During evaluation of recurrent or unusual infections.
  • When monitoring B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders.
