ANCA (pattern, titre, MPO, PR3)
This test is done to detect and characterize ANCA, a group of autoantibodies associated with autoimmune small-vessel vasculitis. It includes identification of antibody patterns and measurement of titre, as well as specific antibodies such as myeloperoxidase (MPO) and proteinase 3 (PR3). These markers help differentiate types of vasculitis and support diagnosis of conditions affecting the kidneys, lungs, and other organs.
