This test is done to detect infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in the mouth or throat area. It helps identify the presence of HPV strains that may be associated with oral infections and, in some cases, an increased risk of oropharyngeal cancers. The test supports early detection and clinical assessment of HPV-related oral conditions.

  • No fasting is required.
